RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return for STORE CREDIT ONLY!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please send your return to 324 Oak Road Point Pleasant, NJ 08742. Make sure to include a receipt or proof of purchase that includes your name and order number!
Once Coastal Boutique receives your package, it will be inspected for damages. Coastal Boutique is not responsible for any damages made to items once worn/washed, no matter the circumstances.
You will be issued a credit via a code that can be redeemed on the website.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: SALE ITEMS & GIFT CARDS. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the other item you wish to buy. Coastal Boutique is not responsible for any exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and include your code that can be applied to your next purchase. Please remember returns must be shipped back and returned to Coastal Boutique within 14 days of receiving your item.
